Intermission

Taking a short break from our exploits in Hungary, here are some glimpses of our weekend. We took full advantage of the sunny weekend, being fully aware it may be the last bits of Glasgow sun we see as residents here.

What a beautiful tomato! I bet that will be delicious alone or with a drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of kosher salt! Bon appetit!

We ate it shortly after that shot, alone.
Thanks for your earlier tips on the tomatoes.. we actually moved into a shared flat so I can't really take them inside, b/c more than just me and Joel would have to work around it. Not so much room inside for humongo tomato plants. They will be okay. We've now had about 5 days with sunshine in a row and a few more tomatoes are looking promising!

If you decide that they've had enough of life, and you're done with them, we'd be happy to tomato-sit (inside)! :)

Can I tell you how envious I am that you can do handstands?

Hmm, Dave... Once the tomatoes are gone, I'll be done with the plants, but they look more suited to the rubbish bin than anyone's home. Not too pretty. And they are like 6 feet tall. But so are you, so hey, they would fit in.
Handstands.. a few well-placed years of gymnastics in my pre-10 years old years brought me to the grand success of handstands and cartwheels you see today! :-)

Does it defeat the purpose of the highest place in Glasgow by enjoy the view from upside down? ;)
